Knitting a Nickelodeon Blimp
I partnered with Nickelodeon on this project to create a bumper video for the 2015 Kid's Choice Awards. Their theme that year was all things hand-made, and I used my master knitting skills here to help bring this concept to life. Working with a team of animators, I hand-knit the iconic Nickelodeon blimp, each stitch captured as one frame, to make it appear as though the blimp is knitting itself.
I am available for hands-on knitting work of all kinds, whether it be for stop-motion like you see here, editorial content for photography and video, fashion collaborations and more. I can knit pretty much anything, even a complete human skeleton.
